I’ve been living in El Albir since 2007. Over the years I’ve watched a lot of people arrive, mostly from northern Europe, and I’ve seen some buy well and others regret it by their second winter.<\/p>

Almost always for the same reason: they came to see the house in July.<\/p>

In July, all of El Albir is perfect. The problem is that there are three things you can’t see in July, and they’re not easy to fix afterward. I’m not going to name specific buildings or developments, because this article isn’t about that. It’s about three situations that keep repeating, and what to ask before you sign.<\/p>
